Our new promotions include a $10 monthly discount for enrolling in Paperless Billing and Automatic Payments using your bank account. If you cease to be enrolled in both Paperless Billing and Automatic Payments with your bank account, you will no longer receive this discount. If you change your automatic payment method to a credit or debit card, your monthly discount will be reduced to $5.
Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address and I'll be happy to review your account for a promotion you love :).
