How do I file a complaint?
I'd like to file a complaint. Could anybody please give me an email address? I am a relatively new customer. Today I've wasted over 5 hours chatting with 11 agents and got bounced back and forth between different teams. The 11th agent attempted to transfer me to the 12th agent but nobody picked up the case. Their billing department is a real mess. My issue is simple but getting to the right person is a huge challenge. Chatting with them to fix the bills has become a monthly task. It's so frustrating. I still have another 22 months to go before I can leave this company. It looks like I'll have to budget 5 to 10 hours a month to deal with Xfinity. It's going to be a nightmare. Please help!
