How do I file a complaint against xfinity?

I recently moved and transferred my services to my new home. I then received a bill for $250 for “cancelling” my services when I simply transferred my services to a new address. When I called about this issue, I was told that they would put in a request to have this charge removed from my bill. I never received any email regarding that charge, and the next thing I know my bill is getting sent off to a collections agency without any notice. Needless to say, this is absolutely ridiculous. AT&T is looking very good right now. Will definitely be looking into cancelling my services now after dealing with this.

user_jar30s, Hi! We appreciate you for taking the time out of your Friday to visit XFINITY over our forums page for help with that $250 charge. We would surely miss your business. I know I would feel the same way if I were in your shoes. I am sorry to learn about this experience. You've come to the right place of experts to rectify this as quickly as possible. We have your back. When transferring services. did you move to another state or within the same state? When moving, if you were to move to another state, we would normally cancel the current account and start a new account with new equipment which would result in an early termination fee if in an agreement.
