Hello @user_b4c8vo, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I can certainly understand wanting to help your daughter get her account closed after moving back home. To protect the account holder's privacy and security, your daughter would need to create a post under her own handle so that we can work with her directly on the account. Alternatively, if you are an authorized user on the account, we can authenticate the account with you and assist with processing the request. Are you currently listed as an authorized user on your daughter's account? If not, she can add you as one. The primary account holder will need to add your name and assign you a user role on the account. You can review the steps for adding an authorized user here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts. Once you are listed as an authorized user, or if your daughter creates her own post, we'd be happy to help with the next steps.
