How do I change account ownership to another person?
I am getting a divorce and moving out of the house. I want to keep the internet that is there for my wife, but I need to change the account ownership to her. Is this possible? How do I make this happen?

Good morning @user_04rs7y, when I had to transfer account ownership from my father, we went to the Xfinity Store together, and the account change was processed. If you are not able to make it to the store with your wife, we would be happy to assist with the account change request
