How do I cancel CHOICE TV+?

When I was switching my plans with an agent, they told me that it was a trial and that I was able to cancel it online. I've literally looked everywhere and couldn't find the option to cancel the "trial" service. I honestly don't want to be paying for a TV service I do not use at all, and rather just keep the internet package on my plan. Is there some way I can get rid of the service that was told to me "I can cancel it after the trial online" that is somehow not able to be cancelled?

I’m dealing with the same nonsense. Didn’t appreciate this trial being forced upon me to get a shipping fee waived for a replacement modem. I mean, why should I pay for shipping when a defective modem was given to me in the first place? Need this cancelled ASAP.

I was able to cancel the same via the Xfinity Chat Assistant.

I have tried to talk to chat service but they said they were not able to do it over chat.
