How do I access my old billing statements (inactive account)?

Hello,

I had an active Xfinity account with internet service in 2018 and I need to access my billing statements from that time. However, when I log into my Xfinity account, I can't seem to access them. How do I access these billing statements?

Hello @user_1f97f. Accessing statements after that period of time is unfortunately not an option. If you were needing specific figures we can relay that information via private message here from our end. You can also stop down locally at a Xfinity Store to gather the information. As far as the online system, that is not something that would be available any longer once the services have been fully closed out.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
