How can I talk to a real person?

I have a payment set up for 12/23/24 for Over $400, but I need to cancel that payment because I already made a payment of $223 on 12/21/24

To cancel an Xfinity payment, you can: 
 
  1. Log in to your Xfinity account
  2. Go to the Billing page
  3. Scroll down to Upcoming Payments
  4. Click the payment you want to cancel
  5. Select Edit payment from the pop-up
  6. Choose Cancel Payment
  7. Make your changes and confirm them
