How can I resolve refund issue and get my money?

I cancelled my Xfinity internet subscription in March of 2025. Since then, I received a notification by text message and email from XFinity about my refund of $67.66, but never received the money. I contacted them multiple times via website, application, and phone calls. Every time I was promised to get money via credit card, via check, direct deposit to my bank account. Still no money, no any communication. Finally, i used online Refund Request , and still nothing. I can see, unfortunately that I am not alone in this issue. Anyone has a positive experience in the resolution? I was always satisfied with the service I received from Comcast and now I am very disappointed with them.
