How can I lower my bill?

Question

I need to find a way to reduce my xfinity bill but not reduce my internet speed any further.  I am on a fixed income and My bill has gone over $40/month over the last 6 months, even after reducincg my internet speed.  I need to find additonal cost reduction options in the internet and cable tv areas.
