How can I lower my bill?

My bill for Internet has increased recently to a cost that is just too much. How can I lower my bill? I'm fine with reducing speed to lower the cost. Please help.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
