How can I get Xfinity to properly adjust my bill?

I have been an Xfinity member for a year and a half and have always received the ~$10 discount for paperless billing and autopay etc. Several months ago, when I moved addresses, this discount was accidentally removed. I have contacted Xfinity Support around 7 times between phone and text asking them to correct it: the outcome is always that they correct that month's bill (if even that) and then the next month is right back to the higher price again. What can I do? I don't want to have to call repeatedly every month just to ensure I'm being billed the correct amount rather than the higher, undiscounted amount.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @user_8sfz27! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the discount no longer applying on to your account, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. The $10 automatic payment and paperless billing discount was updated that the payment had to be with drawn using your direct bank account information to apply the $10 discount. Is your payment method correct? You can find all the details regarding the discount here. Please let us know.
