I do have a couple of questions, for me to better assist you. Are you set up for paperless billing? If you, are they would be sent to your primary email address every month. If you are unsure of which email address is your primary, your billing statements are also available via the xfinity.com website, as well as through the Xfinity App. I have included below two links to assist as well:
I got the stress as yours. Called for hours for nothing. Read several articles and tried different instructions. Just figured it out couple mins ago and it worked. Just want to share. Very simple. Here we go
First off all you Have To download the App Xfinity Mobile and log into your account.
1. Text to 888 936 4968 ( want to get latest Mobile bills)
2. You will receive the reply - the text shows you 6 options ( Number 1 to 6)
3. Reply "1" (option View my Xfinity Mobile bill)
4. You will receive the Link. Click to the Link, you will get into your account.
5. Choose Bill, you will see your several payments were made.
6. Click to the payment you want to get the bill/ invoice ( DO NOT Click to View Statement, you can't find the bill for your Device payment but monthly payment only)
7. Ater you got the Invoice/ Bill, you can print or email out from there ( iPhone)
