How can I dispute a charge?

Can someone please tell me how to submit a billing dispute? I was charged for an in-home service, but the in-home service was to fix Xfinity's service problem. If anything, you should have issued me a credit for being without service. I can't find instructions anywhere for submitting a billing dispute.

xfinity,

I have been a customer for years and are very very upset. I called for technical support because our internet kept going out. The technical support person said that it would take 10 minutes. During that time she pushed again and again to get "faster internet service and at the same time get $5 cut from out bill." I asked again and again if we would continue with our same channels. She said again and again yes. So I agreed.

It was misinformation. We lost channels. I called again. The customer representative apologized and said she would restore our channels. I just received a statement that now our bill has gone up from $173 to $200.

We do not want the faster internet. We want our old channels at $173. Either the people I spoke with were misinformed, incompetent, or intentionally sold us something we did not want.

We have been customers for years and will not be treated this way.
