Horrible service

I'm moving and after 3 hours on he phone transferred 7x NOBODY can tell me how to get new equipment.  I have modem, but no cords. I hate xfinity

You can either visit a local Xfinity Store for the equipment you need, or we can have it sent to your new location. Please send us a direct message if you would like us to take a look. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
