Horrible customer service
I've never encountered such horrible customer service. Nobody has answers or when they answer it's not correct or they do not do what they say. How can a trillion dollar company not be able to "see" all the other chats, phone calls you've had with them and the contents of these encounters????????? You repeat same thing 2000 times...I even called corporate and I was GUARANTEED my issue was taken care of and guess what????? It's not!!!!!!!!!! I will do what I can to report these things but I know, as you know, I'll never hear. Word about my problem...nothing ever. I'll also contact the attorney general of our state, Dave Sunday and the better business bureau... everywhere. [Edited: "Language"] straight you're late with your payment they cancel your service but when you need something you get nothing
