Home security installation and equipment fees
About a month ago I was chatting with an agent because my wife was acting up as usual so I was trying to trouble shoot it, as I’m talking to this agent he informs me that Xfinity was running a special for home security package with my current package which is voice internet and tv and that my bill would only be about $125 a month I was told that all equipment and install fees would be waived, so I agreed to this, they came out and installed and everything was fine until I got my bill which was over $400 most of it was installation fees. I have tried contacting billing numerous times just to getvtransferred back to tech support and then back again this has been going on for over a month now and I’m extremely frustrated with it. I know me and my situation, I would have never agreed to installation and equipment fees that high. I really dont even want the voice or tv but only got it cuz it was a package deal then all I wanted was for my wife to work rite and then I’m talked into home security and sitting with a bill almost $600 but can’t seem to get anyone who can help me!!! It needs to come off my bill or Xfinity can come get every single piece of equipment I have and I will take my business elsewhere it’s always something and no one ever seems to know what’s going on or why I get the run around spend hours on the phone with no results what do I need to do to get these charges taken off
