higher bills
My bills keep increasing every month since Agust. I have call customer service several times inquiring on why my bills continues to be higher and somone keeps on adding aditional features. when I asked why they did that they tell me I can take off the feautures but you have toi pay some of te charges.
I was paying about $55.00 then they saiid it is going to be $70.00 then it went up to 85.00 and now it is $105.
Cppmcast is robbing I have never requested any features othen than the internet. Whay are they doing this?? I need and explanation and i need to write the CEO so he can be aware of what they are doing. I need a manager to look at my account and refund me the money immediately. Whoever is answering the phones , adding feautes to my account is comminting fraud and the should be jail for stealing.
