Higher bill all of a sudden
Hi,
My next payment due is much higher than usual. I tried to contact customer service earlier to check if my bill will be increased and got disconnected from other side for some reason. The connection was unstable from beginning itself. I will appreciate any help about best way to talk or chat to understand my services and what might be best option to reduce my bill.

Same here. Customer service on the phone was completely useless and lied about why the bill went up ("Last month you didn't pay the Broadcast fee, that was waived", "No it wasn't I'm looking at my statement", "Oh, please hold"). Comcast/Xfinity is the only company I've dealt with who don't care at all about the pandemic. They keep on raising prices and providing horrible customer service.

my bill weny up about $30.00. i guess we are paying for their - free internet- nothing is free like the power company rates
