High monthly bill

I have been a loyal Comcast customer for 13 years. My bill has gone up so much with very little changes to my service. I just can’t afford it anymore. We were considering switching over to xfinity mobile but I’m wondering if moving away from Comcast all together is a better choice. I need a more affordable plan. Any help available? I’ve tried to research options online on my own but I can’t find anything. Any time I choose manage plan it tells me to call. I want to be able to see what’s available and read and understand it and not be pressured buy someone on the phone.

To things like TV plans, you have to add things like regional sports fees and broadcast fees.  (Those are listed in the pdf above, but separately so you have to find them and add them yourself.)  When/if you call you may be offered promotions, but with the pdf you'll know what the price is when the promotion ends.

Thank you for the info.  This is helpful.  Prices are still so high.  I never seem to get anywhere when I call but I guess I will give it a shot.
