Hidden fees in signing up for service.
I was told by the agent who signed me up that my bill was going to be $75 a month and that then having signed up for autopay and eco bill gave me some discounts. but when i checked my bill, it was not so. The discount did not apply at all, they did not keep the words which they have spoken.
I was told if I went to go pick up the equipment(modem router) from the store and installed the equipment myself I would not be charged for installation fee. but After I went picked up the equipment and installed them, it happened that there was still no network because the connection from xFinity underground cables was not made with my house. so I called Xfinity to come to establish the cable connection(located in a box outside) to my house so that I may install my equipment. They still charged me for that. I want to make it clear that I have installed the equipment myself. I am seriously thinking about closing the service if nothing is done.
