Hi, I am returning one cable box that I’m not using anymore I wanna make sure I get credit for it
I just wanna return one box in the remote so I can get credit because I’m no longer using it so if I return it to the UPS store how will I know that I’m getting my credit back from the bill

You will want to keep the receipt for your records with the tacking number, and you will get a notification once we have received it as well. Once it is back in our system as returned when it arrives, you will see the device charge drop off the next billing, and depending when it was returned within the bill cycle you are in you will see an adjustment for the days that were remaining in that cycle was credited off that bill. Please keep in mind when using UPS, the adjustment doesn't happen until the device arrives to us, and we wouldn't adjust for the days it was shipping.
