Here we go again! Billing reminders keep coming to me long after I've paid my bill!
God, all mighty! What [Edited: "Profanity"] are you folks doing? I paid my bill in full on 01/29/26. My bill shows as being processed on that day. Last Thursday, Feb. 5, I received a push notification from the Xfinity app and an email reminding me of an upcoming payment that I hadn't paid. Of course, as I just said, I paid in full on Jan. 29. Now, today, again, I received annoying erroneous reminders about my account balance, which I settled 15 days ago! Please get your [Edited: "Language"] together! This is occurring over and over again. I'm tired of fielding erroneous messages regarding my account. Get your [Edited: "Profanity"] together! Stop sending account reminders to folks who pay on time and spend your resources going after deadbeats! Basically I'm telling you to leave me alone and spend your time and money going after the criminals!
