Help

My service is suspended and I can’t get to a human. This seeems like such bad business practice. I have been with Xfinity for years. Is there a better way to get assistance!? I guess you have no value if you fall on hard times. Smh

Hello user_oi3v02 , it sounds like it may be suspended due to a balance on the account. This link goes through the steps for setting up a payment arrangement online. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement

Have you already attempted this option? If so we'd be happy to check into the account to see what options you have.

Okay. Let's take a look on our end what other options we have. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
