Help!!!

I'm trying to pay my bill that's it and the number keeps telling me to go to website!! I can't get "codes" when I don't have any service on my phone due to Wi-Fi only!! It SHOULDN'T be this hard to just pay a quick bill!! I'm a loyal cuz for YEARS and this is ridiculous!! I NEED HELP TO PAY MY BILL PLEASE!!!
