Please help I am so upset I had a payment arrangement made by a love agent but my service is suspended and it's now saying I must pay over 400.00 to reconnect
Ok. I was given a one time extension on my internet bill by a live agent . She told me she canceled the scheduled payment for the 26th and extended it 10 days till October 4th but my service was still suspended today and customer service is closed. I work over nights and really need my internet
