Help!
I have been a Comcast/Xfinity subscriber for over 40 years. I have spent many hours trying to get them to send me a bill and correct my account information. Unfortunately, I can’t even get them to correctly send the bill! It seems they don’t care about keeping their subscribers and customer service is nonexistent. [Edited: "Personal Information"]

These steps ensure you get paper bills in the mail:
1. Log in to the Billing page.
2. Click on the Paperless Billing option to turn it off.
If you need to update the USPS address the bill goes to:
1. Go to the Billing page.
2. Click Mailing address under the Bill Settings section.
3. On the next screen, enter the new address you’d like your mail to be sent to. Once entered, click Update.
4. You’ll see a notification confirming that your mailing address was updated successfully.
If you have additional concerns, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
