Help!!!!
I called to cancel my account on May 29th. And was told it would be canceled. Low and behold I have been auto billed still for services I do not use. The chat rep said that they have no record of my cancelation, when I have in fact sent a screen shot proof of my call. I am due a refund of 322 and I better not be sent to collections for not paying this most recent bill. I will take any legal actions I need to if this cannot be resolved ASAP.
