Well I typed a four paragraph msg about rh problem I’m having and your app said something went wrong. I’m about to cancel my service bc your customer support has gone to the birds. I have free peacock tv but I’m having to pay for it bc no one that works there seems to know how to fix this. Been with you 25 years. This is ridiculous

Are you paying for Peacock plus add on, or the standard Peacock premium? Were you paying for Peacock before you had it added at no cost to your account with us?

@XfinityEricB​ I have internet with you. I tried to add just the basic peacock because it said it’s free with my internet plan I have. It wouldn’t let me add it on line. Called Comcast like 7 times and spoke with 7 agents. All saying it should be free and tired to walk me through it but they couldn’t make it work. So I gave up and now I’m paying for it through the app which is ridiculous. I can’t get anyone on the phone that I can even half way understand bc they can’t speak English good.

I can’t find an e mail address to e mail customer service. I also don’t have time to spend an hour on the phone every single time I call. Especially when it’s something that shouldn’t be complicated. We don’t have a Comcast store in my town where I can go talk to someone in person. I don’t know what’s going on with Comcast, but it’s horrible
