help with saving money
I have been with X finity for 20 plus years here in Washington State. Lately my bill is creeping up, and will be about $237 next month for bundle. My options are few with the help I have tried to get lowering my bill with call center or in store. Reduce services or accept it. I would like a bundle package I can live with, T.V. and internet and home phone, we pay mobile in another bill not with our regular bill with Xfinity. I am not addressing that bill at this time. I have asked to get the same promos as new customers, and they don't have any they say. I have asked and asked and asked to sign me up with new bundle package and I think I can save $10 a month, but that is so stingy. I would like to be rewarded for my loyalty as you would a new customer. Give me the same promo as they have. I know that this company is all about the bottom line, but what if you lose people because of your mind set. I have always been able to get a good price when I bundle or change plans and sign a contract for one or two years, but those days are over, no negotiation, my only option is to cancel, and then maybe sign up under someone elses name in home. That is the only strategy that saves money that I can see. I have ordered my own equipment and as soon as I connect it, then that will save me money. If anyone has any other ways to save let me know.
