help with refund - Been trying since May 2025

Account # [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I have notes going back to May 2025; but I'm going to give you highlights:  05/28/25 I received a statement showing credit of $97.97 for [Edited: "Personal Information"] so I called Xfinity because i didn't want apre-paid card, I requested a check.  Xfinity rep siad that I had to redeem the virtual refund that they sent to [Edited: "Personal Information"], then call back to get a paper chck mailed to [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I couldn't redeem it so Xfinity rep did it for me and then suspended the refund.  They requested me to sned POA and mom's death certificate.  I called a paper check made out to the Estate of [Edited: "Personal Information"] (bank will not cash because there is no Estate.  I called Xfinity on 6/20/25 (ticket # [Edited: "Personal Information"]), who sent email to [Edited: "Personal Information"].  6/23 I returned email with POA and death certificate.  Called 7/23 to reissue refund with correct payee ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) NOT Estate.  Xfinity transferred me to Tech at payment co ([Edited: "Personal Information"].  Also, tried working with North Lane check provider for Xfinity.  Co requested death certificate and POA.  Resent doc on 07/30.)  10/11 I called Xfinity, who sent me to Card Holder Services ([Edited: "Personal Information"]).  10/14 I called Card Holder said docus unreadable.  They then said can't use POA; send Will and POA.  Docs sent on 10/18.  12/9 cant reach Card Holder; called Xfinity who said drive to Xfinity store with POA, death cert, etc.  Drove to store said they can't help call XFinity.  1/5/26 Called Xfinity, excalated case and told all I had to do was go to XFinityRefund.com to request refund (ref ticke # [Edited: "Personal Information"].  1/12/26  Went to XFinityRefund.com  had trouble; called Xfinity, they said tech team is telling them the card sent in May was cashed there is no money for a refund...I really don't have to bring my lawyer into this but I have been fairly patient and done my best to work with Xfinity.  It's only $97. 97 and why would I receive a check on 06/28/25 if they co says I cased the card?  Surely your records reflect Xfinity negotiated the card in order to send me the paper check that I have sitting in front of me.  Please escalate this to someone who can do a deep dive on this situation and send me the refund.
