Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there, @user_7d8wnd. Thanks for reaching out about getting a payment arrangement until 9/1. The Xfinity app, https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant, will allow you to set up, edit, or cancel a payment arrangement, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement. Are you just seeing up to the 30th or 31st currently to extend it? If you qualify, it will show options for up to 10 days.

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. We are happy to continue helping you here, but please keep that in mind for the future.
