Help with installment plan

Hi, I need help with an existing installment plan on my Xfinity account. 

I already have a payment arrangement in place, but I cannot pay the current balance due October 31 ($219.63). 

I’ve contacted customer service several times and only ticket numbers have been created with no follow-up. I’ve also submitted the “Send Tom Feedback” form. 

I need the October balance added to my existing installment plan and confirmation that my service will not be interrupted while this is being resolved. 

My service address and login email should be enough to locate my account. Thank you.
