Help with Existing Customer Bundled Discount
Good afternoon! Like many of the other folks posting in the forums, I am a senior who has been with Xfinity for a number of years. I do not qualify for the internet essentials program. My recent bundled services agreement is expiring and I could use help to see if a discount would be available to keep the same services I currently have. My current plan has internet/TV cable/home phone but I do not really need the home phone if that helps. I cannot add my mobile device as the company I work for owns (and controls) that on their own. My current bundled rate with taxes/fees is about $275/mo and I am hoping I can keep it around the same level. I realize it is very challenging to navigate all of the options available (I have tried!), so I appreciate any help one of the Xfinity moderators could offer. Thank you very much!

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
