Help with Bill/Invoice
I need help understanding my bill and I can't get the live chat to work properly, nor can I call directly (call keeps dropping for no reason). I also don't have a chat option in this forum?
I just need to know where an extra $25 is coming from on my bill. I don't see a reason for this charge anywhere?!?!

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
