Help with billing
Help please I signed up for gig internet . I had the service for 4 hours. I was disappointed at the speeds and took all equipment back and cancelled service in the same day. Now I have a full month blll
even your website says satisfaction guarantee. I don’t mind paying some admin fee because of the hassle but a full month? Thanks

When you close your account the final bill comes by USPS mail with the credit corrections on it. You are seeing the bill that generates when your account is activated. I would be happy to check on the final statement and ensure the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is applied.
