HELP WITH BILLING

I have gone in the store on multiple occasions.I have talked to support online numerous occasions.And my bill gets higher every month.I don't know why this can't be adjusted and made right but is it extremely frustrating. Every time I talk to someone they change my plan.I'm assured the plan has been changed but for some reason it gets higher.

I still have not been able to figure this out.Last month my bill was $59 now, this month at $79.I need more instruction to help me with this please
