I qualify for ACP, but my acct shows $80.00 monthly with xfinity for internet.   Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_d1n4kx Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

an Xfinity customer service rep just told me that the ACP program has ended. Can anyone verify if that's true?

@XfinityEricB "Could be" doesn't sound like it definitely is. My bill is scheduled for autopay on the 12th of this month and last month I was credited the $30 on the 1st of February. We aren't in April yet where it says that it can end in April. So why am I not getting the credit for March?

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
