Help with a Billing Issue
Hello there,
I have a billing issue that I tried to get rectified today but after 3 hours of being on the chat and being endlessly handed off to person after person, it still isn't resolved. There is no option to talk to someone on the phone. It just referred me to the online chat. Can I get help here? It's been completely frustrating!
