Help restoring services

Hi good evening,

Our services were disconnected over the weekend and we are unfortunately not able to pay the bill amount.  I don't get paid until 02/28/2025 and have only $100.00 to get us through until then.  I have multiple sclerosis and had to take sick leave last week and my husband has diabetes (and has been without work for 2 years) - is there any type of assistance my household might qualify for?

I know you and your husband have other things that are much more important to overcome right now and the last thing we want to do is make that process more difficult for you. Can you send me a direct message with your full name and complete service address?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
