Help reducing my bill

My monthly bill for internet service recently jumped from $45 to $74, and I’m hoping to find ways to bring it back down. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but now
I’m considering switching to T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet, which is $50/month in my area.
