Do you have questions on understanding the bill or are there charges that you'd like more information on? How can I be of assistance?

my bill jumped up this month and the main reason is it says i was de-enrolled from the ACP program and i am trying to find out why i was de enrolled?

Great question. ACP does not automatically renew. Prior to your enrollment expiring there should have been an email or mailer from ACP to your email used for enrollment or sent in the mail if recertification was required or an option. Check out some more on that here and here

i got an email

The federal Affordable Connectivity Program and the Maryland Emergency Broadband Benefit (MEBB) do not allow consumers to be enrolled with more than one service provider at a time, and our records show that you are receiving your ACP credit from another service provider. As a result, we want to make you aware of a few changes on your next Xfinity bill. First, the ACP credit that you received last month will now appear as a charge. Second, you will resume being charged the full price for your service prior to having the ACP credit applied. Additionally, if you live in the state of Maryland and are currently enrolled in the Maryland Emergency Broadband Benefit (MEBB), you will no longer remain eligible for that credit with Xfinity.

i dont know what they were talking about. i live in Michigan not Maryland and i dont know how to fix it

I can see how that might be confusing. They are not stating that you do live in Maryland, just that if you live in Maryland and are currently enrolled in the MEBB you would not remain eligible for the credit with Xfinity. It would be one or the other. But, this message does state that our records are indicating that you are receiving your ACP credit from another service provider and ACP does not allow consumers to be enrolled with more than one service provider so your bill will default to the changes outlined. Have you checked with ACP for clarification of who they have you enrolled with?

The first hyperlink provided above takes you to the ACP recertification information page. As we do not manage that page, I cannot say for sure if it will list your provider there. You may have to utilize the contact information on that page to confirm. The recertification application with the National Verifier is also online, but I know the deadline for new applications and enrollment was on February 7th.
