Help please ACP Credit not showing

If somebody could please help me I would deeply appreciate it I’m on disability I applied for ACP on April 28 I was approved immediately and I saw my $30 credit May 1 the problem I’m having now my new statement came out it’s due June 12 and no credit has shown yet I’m new to the program so I wanted to find out when I get my credit and I’ve gotten 10 different answers Sam said it would be on the 30th of each month Sam said it would be the same day I first received it and every month therefore after on the same date I received a 30 day credit which was May 1 so they said I would get it June 1 July 1 etc. etc. can you please help me out with this my bill is $168 a month that’s outrageous that’s the cheapest plan they say they have the $30 is such a big help to me right now but I can’t get any answers and I don’t know when I’m gonna see it my friend is with Blueridge Cable a different company she gets it and sees it as soon as her new statement comes out every month i’m just wondering when I’m supposed to see my credit as I mentioned I applied April 28 I sought on May 1 but since then I’ve gotten nothing and my new bill is auto pay June 12 taken right out of my automatic from my bank account any help would be much appreciated thank you so very much :)
