help, need my account 2fa fixed, will not send verification to phone
need to update card to pay internet bill and I was not receiving the 2fa texts, reset my phone and got them all at once. Still needed to do another code and then the generator failed to create a code.

@user_zmv6tl Thanks posting to the community. Changing the phone number or email contact info on an account is only done by the customer, or by calling in for security. It's not done over the forums or on social media platforms. Sometimes too many codes can require a pause of 15 minutes. Give it a moment and you should be able to try again.
