help lowering my bill

I do not see any answers for how to go about lowering my bill.  We have been customers since 2012 and are ready to explore other options.  To add, Breezeline fiber optic cable, internet has just come to the area and we live in an area with many cell phone provider options.

You can go the self-service way and go to Xfinity.com and check out our new promotions, or we can assist you here. Just send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following: 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
