Help in changing my autopay account
My mom has an xfinity account. She is 95 and no longer has a cell phone or access to the email that was used to set up the autopay. The checking account that was associated with the autopay was closed by the bank due to fraudulent charges and the bank has opened a new checking account for her. However without the cell phone for texts or the email originally on the account I have been unable, after many many many calls and hours on the phone to change the auto account. She is now past due and would like nothing better than to pay her bill via autopay. How do I get the checking account number changed.
