HELP- I can NOT get through on the 800-xfinity line, it is down, it makes you stay on hold for 20 mintues and then says you are having tech
teechnical difficulties and disconnects the caller. I have been on Chat for over 2 hours and they just alerted me that their services are limited and can not help me. How do I reach a HUMAN BEING IN THE UNTITED STATES THAT WORKS DIRECTLY FOR XFININTY?
