Help Going Nuts
I can not pay my bill online and seems u guys do not care about fixing your problem and forcing people to call in. I can not pay through App or online through browser and yet u guys still haven't fix it nor care to get your tech people to fix it.

This is definitely not the experience we want for our valued customers. Can you tell me what's happening, are you receiving any error messages? Have you also tried clearing your web browser's cache and cookies and attempting to log in again, or use an incognito window?
