Help Going Nuts

I can not pay my bill online and seems u guys do not care about fixing your problem and forcing people to call in. I can not pay through App or online through browser and yet u guys still haven't fix it nor care to get your tech people to fix it.

@Hawkster50032 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand you are trying to make you payment and running into an error. This is definitely not the experience we want for our valued customers. Can you tell me what's happening, are you receiving any error messages? Have you also tried clearing your web browser's cache and cookies and attempting to log in again, or use an incognito window?

Have you tried online using incognito in your browser?

@Again​ no but it been resolve as I called comcast executive to take my payment but don't know if the error still happening on the websites and App

Hawkster50032 thanks for your patience and for taking the time to call in. I’m glad you were able to pay as needed. When I test things out the Xfinity app and www.Xfinity.com are both working as of now. The most common solution we've seen is to clear cache and cookies, try another browser and device to test things further. Customers can see similar activity for more than one reason so the answer may be different for some customers.
