Help Changing my Xfinity Services
I have had a terrible time trying to change my plan.
I've been with xfinity for 4 years and on my current plan for 3, but its time to downsize. I'm just trying to downgrade my cable package to the basic plan, remove Xfinity voice, and keep my internet package. I have been trying to navigate the Xfinity website and app but I've gotten nowhere.
I have been a loyal customer and intend to be for a while, but navigating this process has been disheartening. I'd appreciate getting in touch with an employee that can help me modify my plan.
