HELP being charged way too much and fee and items being added to my account they tell me I added them and ive proved i havent ok this

Called to speak with a xfinity assistant in Feb 2023 about why my prepaid internet keep getting higher and higher monthly, assistant told me they where going to help me get it back to $60 a month. We spoke they told me everything was fixed in April 2023 get an email that my mobil phone bill is due I called and was on the phone for 3 hours between the internet department and mobil they told me this was not true i dontbhave a mobil account for the last 45 minutes of the phone call I realized they wherent even looking at my account after confirming why they kept calling me the wrong person I was so aggravating I confirmed my information about 60 times they finally pulled up my account to see that the phones mobil lines where added to my. Account but never active so they told me they would fix this as of now they still have a past due mobil bill in my name for 20 dollars they said I need to pay and I still havent got any help with the internet bill being 100 a month for prepaid and I purchased my own modem over 3 years ago now I have a monthly fee of activation for 11 dollars for 12 months and I dont understand why no one has any answers and I cant get anything fixed. I dont know what else to do at this point but leave the company I've paid over 3 yrs for just prepaid internet this is not fair I am a loyal customer and deserve answers
